Apartment Fire

A fire in one apartment that spread out over the entire first floor and traveled up into the second floor meant that over fourteen families had to evacuate their units. Affected units also included the lobby and receptionist area where the offices are of the HOA, the property manager called SERVPRO to respond and help mitigate all fire damage. The after picture shows our technicians and how much of the units that had been affected and needed to be removed. Having soot and smoke filled walls, carpets, ceilings, etc can cause health hazards and a not-so-safe living environment.
